Place a dry skillet over medium-low heat and stir in the hemp hearts (hempseed) and soy sauce.
Step 2
Lightly pan toast the hemp hearts, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the spices and pan toast until fragrant, about 2 minutes longer.
Step 4
Add hemp seeds and pulse to combine into the cookie dough.
Step 4
Transfer to a glass jar and cool completely before sealing.
Note
This condiment will keep for 2 to 3 weeks stored in a cool, dry place.
